Does this product come with a thermo valve or stops? This is not a pressure balance valve, how do we balance it? Thank you

I\'m so sorry that this product doesn\'t come with a thermostatic valve nor a pressure balance valve. You may adjust the water temperature by the hot and cold water control handles. I
